I ended up paying £5 for delivery on a pair of trunks that cost me £24, but they had Sportsdirect tags on them showing lower prices of £17. When I reached out to Customer Services, they weren't helpful at all about getting a refund. I won't be coming back here. It’s just not the same as it once was.

I made an order on February 28th, and it still hasn’t arrived at the pickup location. Plus, I can’t seem to find a phone number to call. Turns out it’s a SportsDirect company; had I known that, I wouldn’t have placed the order because they’re the absolute worst. I submitted a case, and they mentioned they were investigating it (that was 7 days ago), but I haven’t heard anything back. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company if you actually want to get your stuff.

The site is a mess. I've shopped at Swimshop before and had a great experience, but now it feels like they've really dropped the ball. I'm trying to buy some Speedo swim trunks, but since I can't send them back if I get the wrong size, I'm stuck not knowing what size to pick. The 'size guide' pages are pretty useless, if they even load up.

It took a whole week for my order to be shipped. Hermes claims they delivered the package, but the store it was meant for hasn't gotten it. There are no contact numbers for the swim shop, and all I get from Hermes is a robot saying my parcel is delivered. Clearly, either Hermes has misplaced it or someone has taken it. I won't be using them again.

Beware - It’s Sports Direct! Ugh. I ordered a swimming suit with next day shipping, but it showed up late, delivered by Hermes two days later. The swimsuit doesn’t match what I saw in the pictures, and now they’re saying they won’t take any returns on swimsuits. Just ridiculous. Can’t get in touch with anyone, half the links on the site are broken, and the returns form PDF is for another company (Flannels).

Avoid this place, it took forever for my swimsuit to show up, and when it finally did, it was terrible. The fabric is way too thin to wear out in public since you can see right through it, and there’s zero padding. There are threads hanging off it, and it’s just one layer of really cheap material that feels like the lining of running shorts. Seriously, steer clear of this site; I won’t be ordering from them again!!!!!

Honestly, if I could rate Swimshop with zero stars, I totally would. Even with a hefty delivery fee, my order just never showed up. There's no one to reach out to, and the online contact form gets no replies. I won't be shopping with this company again, and I'm definitely reporting this as a scam.

Completely unacceptable and unprofessional 'customer 'service'—actually, there’s no customer service whatsoever. I will NEVER EVER work with these folks again, assuming they’re still around. I've shopped with Swimshop for years, and everything was fantastic until this company took over. It feels like dealing with a sketchy market seller! Do yourself a solid and look for options elsewhere.

I ordered a women's competition swimsuit for £150 and got hit with a ridiculous £4.99 shipping fee. Instead of what I wanted, they sent me a MAN'S swimsuit, and returning it cost me £7.50 since I had to insure it fully with Royal Mail. I've asked for a complete refund for the item, the delivery, and the return shipping, but honestly, I'm not expecting much.

The customer support is just awful, and there's no phone number to reach out to them. I ordered some trunks for my kid, but Swim Shop sent the wrong size. I reached out with pictures of the trunks and the label, and they promised to get back to me in 1 to 3 days. That hasn't happened at all. I was really hoping I wouldn't have to cover the return shipping, but it looks like I'm stuck with that since Swim Shop hasn't replied, even after I emailed them. After this lousy service, I won't be shopping with them again. I've noticed a bunch of other reviews echoing the same issues. I'm planning to get in touch with Trading Standards regarding Swim Shop.

I only gave it a single star because that was the minimum I could do. I ordered a size 10 (34) swimsuit for my daughter, but they sent a size 30 instead. Like others have mentioned, there's no phone number to call, and they charged me £4.99 for delivery! If I could actually talk to someone to make sure they send the right size in exchange, I would feel better, but after reading the reviews, I just don’t trust them. Here’s hoping I get my refund. I’m thinking the poor service might be because they seem to be part of Sports Direct! If I had known that, I wouldn’t have placed an order with them!

This outfit is completely clueless. Just steer clear! They really don’t give a hoot, never reply, and have zero understanding of customer service. It's just sad.

I got a swimming costume that was labeled as size 12, which is my usual size. It's a training suit, so you gotta step into it and pull the straps up, but I couldn't get those straps over my body at all—totally useless! Of course, I'm sending it back, but my main issue is that it was advertised incorrectly; it’s definitely not a size 12. I forked out £4.99 for shipping to me, which is way more than it cost them, and then another £2.90 to send it back (I tried to make the package smaller but it ended up fatter). Their reply was that sizes can vary, but tough luck—you have to pay for returns. Would I recommend them? No way! Their sizing is all over the place, and the shipping costs are ridiculous. Plus, they don’t handle complaints well at all.

On 13/03/2017, I got an email confirming they got my returned order, but I’m still waiting on my refund. It’s just £20, so I don’t get what the hold-up is. I've sent about four emails since then, and not a single response. I’d recommend steering clear of this site.
